Business To Business, New Delhi, 18th May, 2026: Adani Group on Monday reached a settlement with the Office of Foreign Assets Control over an alleged sanctions violation matter linked to imports of Iranian LPG through Mundra Port.
According to the settlement, Adani Enterprises Limited agreed to pay USD 275 million to resolve its potential civil liability for apparent violations of US sanctions on Iran.
The company said it had extended extensive cooperation during the investigation and had proactively disclosed its findings to the US authorities.
The matter relates to alleged imports of Iranian liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) routed through Mundra Port in Gujarat, amid stringent US sanctions on trade involving Iran.
