AI readiness must be built into the baseline framework of education, says OpenAI Education Head Raghav Gupta at FIIBX Launch
Business To Business, New Delhi, 20th June, 2026: Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB) has unveiled the operational details of its new FIIBX curriculum, a program designed to reshape business education by aligning learning with specific career outcomes rather than traditional academic disciplines.
The curriculum was formally presented at an event featuring Raghav Gupta, alongside Radhika Shrivastava and Saurabh Mittal.
Unlike conventional management programs organized around academic subjects, FIIBX groups students according to their intended professional destinations. The framework includes six primary career pathways:
- Consulting and Strategy
- Marketing and Growth
- Finance and FinTech
- Operations and Analytics
- People and Organization
- Founders and Venture
Within these pathways, students can pursue one of ten specialized career tracks designed around specific industry competency requirements rather than broad, traditional specializations.
According to FIIB, the curriculum was developed by its faculty in collaboration with senior corporate leaders and practitioners from organizations including
Boston Consulting Group (BCG),
FedEx,
JPMorgan Chase, and
KPMG. The program was also stress-tested against real-world corporate expectations to ensure alignment with evolving workplace demands.
FIIB says the initiative aims to create a management education model that is more closely connected to employer needs, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, and the specific skills required for contemporary business roles. The institution positions FIIBX as a new benchmark for postgraduate management education, emphasizing career readiness, practical competencies, and industry relevance.
