Business To Business, New Delhi, 20th July, 2026: The ASEAN and African regions emerged as the largest contributors to India's export growth during the first two months of the 2026-27 financial year, according to data released by the Commerce Ministry.
India's exports increased 16.09 per cent year-on-year to USD 88.91 billion during the April-May period.
Exports to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) surged 66.9 per cent to USD 10.5 billion from USD 6.3 billion a year earlier, while shipments to Africa rose 53.1 per cent to USD 9.6 billion from USD 6.3 billion during the same period.
