CIAL crosses 10 million passenger mark for 4th straight year

Business To Business, Kochi, 7th May, 2026:  Cochin International Airport Limited on Thursday said it handled more than 1.14 crore passengers during FY2025–26, crossing the 10-million passenger mark for the fourth consecutive financial year despite disruptions in the aviation sector.
According to a statement issued by the airport operator, the airport handled a total of 1,14,42,583 passengers and recorded 73,134 aircraft movements during the financial year.
Of the total passenger traffic, international travellers accounted for 54,01,939 passengers, while domestic traffic stood at 60,40,644. The airport also recorded 31,505 international and 41,629 domestic aircraft movements during the period.
The statement added that May 2025 was the busiest month of the financial year, with total passenger traffic reaching 11,07,184.
