Kolkata, New Delhi, INDIA. New York, USA.
Business To Business, New Delhi, 23rd May, 2026: Piyush Goyal said on Saturday that India’s exports have continued to show healthy growth during the first three weeks of May, maintaining the momentum seen in April.
Speaking to reporters, Goyal said India has demonstrated economic resilience despite global uncertainty and economic turbulence. He added that the country is steadily strengthening its position on the global stage through robust export performance and sustained foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows.
According to the minister, the export growth trend observed in April has continued into May, reflecting strong external demand and the adaptability of Indian businesses in the face of international challenges.
Goyal also highlighted that India’s economic performance stands out at a time when many parts of the world are dealing with geopolitical tensions, slowing growth, and trade disruptions.
