Business To Business, New Delhi, 28th July, 2026: IT services firm Happiest Minds Technologies on Tuesday reported an 18.3 per cent year-on-year increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 67.6 crore for the April–June quarter (Q1 FY27), driven by steady growth in revenue.
The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 57.13 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, according to a regulatory filing.
Revenue from operations rose 14.3 per cent to Rs 628.51 crore during the quarter under review, compared with Rs 549.9 crore in the same period of FY26.
The results reflect continued business growth for the Bengaluru-based IT company, with both profitability and revenue registering double-digit year-on-year gains in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.
