India Gold Metaverse raises Rs 300 cr in private equity fundraise

Business To Business, New Delhi, 28th July, 2026:   India Gold Metaverse has raised around Rs 300 crore through a private equity placement to accelerate the development of its technology platform, the company said on Monday.
The transaction, which included a secondary placement, was advised by investment bank Pantomath Group, according to an official statement.
The fundraising attracted participation from several prominent investors, including Ashish Kacholia, the Jagdish Master Family Office, Waaree Family Office, Ravi Sheth Family Office, and Anuj Sheth Family Office.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the company's technology platform as it seeks to expand its offerings in the digital gold ecosystem.
The successful fundraise reflects growing investor interest in technology-driven financial platforms and digital asset businesses, with the company aiming to accelerate its next phase of growth.
