Business To Business, Abu Dhabi, 18 September 2025: India and the United Arab Emirates have articulated an ambitious objective to double their bilateral trade in non-oil and non-precious metals to a substantial USD 100 billion within the span of the next three to four years, announced Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal on Thursday.
Presently, the trade volume in non-oil and non-precious metals approximates USD 50 to 55 billion.
Furthermore, the minister disclosed that both nations have agreed to collaboratively develop strategies for investments in regions such as Africa and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), focusing on diverse sectors like infrastructure, by harnessing the UAE’s formidable investment capabilities and India’s abundant talent pool.
