Indo-MIM IPO subscribed 3 times on day 2

Business To Business, New Delhi, 25th July, 2026:   The Rs 3,812-crore initial public offering (IPO) of precision engineering components manufacturer Indo-MIM Ltd was subscribed 3.07 times on the second day of bidding on Friday, reflecting strong investor interest.
According to data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the IPO received bids for 16,92,94,290 shares against 5,50,93,201 shares on offer.
The non-institutional investor (NII) category saw the strongest demand, with subscriptions reaching 8.44 times the shares reserved for the segment.
The retail investor portion was subscribed 1.89 times, while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) quota was subscribed 1.11 times.
The public issue, which aims to raise Rs 3,812 crore, continues to attract healthy participation from investors across categories as the subscription process progresses.
