Business To Business, New Delhi, 11th May 2026: Amid ongoing tensions in the Middle East, Indian technology companies are implementing cautious management measures, including enabling remote or hybrid work arrangements, according to Nasscom, the IT industry body.
In a statement, Nasscom highlighted that the sector continues to operate on established hybrid work models, with organizations adjusting work-from-home (WFH) and in-office schedules based on role requirements and customer needs.
"In light of the ongoing Middle East tensions, companies have adopted prudent energy management practices across campuses, such as optimizing non-essential energy consumption, rationalizing certain facility services, and facilitating remote or hybrid work where operationally feasible," the association said.
