Business To Business, New Delhi, 24th July, 2026: Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd, one of India's leading hospital chains, will launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on July 29, aiming to raise up to Rs 9,275 crore through a combination of a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale (OFS).
The company has fixed the price band at Rs 560-590 per share, which values the Bengaluru-based healthcare provider at over Rs 77,600 crore at the upper end of the range.
According to a public announcement issued on Friday, the IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 8,000 crore and an Offer for Sale of up to 2.16 crore equity shares by existing shareholders.
The proceeds from the fresh issue are expected to support the company's growth plans and strengthen its financial position, while the OFS will provide an opportunity for existing investors to partially monetise their holdings.
The public issue is set to be one of the largest healthcare IPOs in India, reflecting growing investor interest in the country's hospital and healthcare services sector.
