Prestige Group aims record Rs 36K cr pre-sales in FY27, strong home launchpipeline: CMD
Business To Business, New Delhi, 31st May, 2026: Prestige Estates Projects Ltd is targeting up to 20% growth in sales bookings (pre-sales) during the current financial year, aiming to achieve ₹36,000 crore in pre-sales after posting record performance in the previous fiscal.
Speaking in an interview, Irfan Razack said the company remains optimistic about the residential real estate market and continues to see strong demand from homebuyers.
Strong housing demand
Razack indicated that demand for the company's residential projects remains robust despite global economic uncertainties.
According to him:
- Buyer interest in housing projects continues to be strong.
- The company does not currently see any major concerns regarding residential sales.
- The outlook for the housing sector remains positive, supported by end-user demand.
Higher construction costs
At the same time, Razack acknowledged that construction costs have risen.
He said the company's costs have increased because of higher prices of several key raw materials following the escalation of conflict in West Asia earlier this year. Rising costs for construction inputs can affect project margins and overall development expenses across the real estate sector.
What the target means
A pre-sales target of ₹36,000 crore would represent a significant increase over the company's record bookings in the previous fiscal year and reflects management's confidence in:
- Continued urban housing demand.
- Growth in premium and luxury residential segments.
- Expansion across key property markets.
Prestige Estates Projects Ltd is one of India's leading real estate developers, with projects spanning residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments across major cities. The company's outlook is being closely watched as an indicator of broader trends in India's housing market, which has remained relatively resilient despite global economic and geopolitical uncertainties.
