Randstad India appoints Narayan Iyer as Managing Director for India

Business To Business, New Delhi, 29^th June, 2026:   Randstad India on Monday announced the appointment of Narayan Iyer as its new Managing Director for India and Chair of the Randstad India Management Council.
In his new role, Iyer will lead all four of Randstad India's business specialisations—Operational, Professional, Digital and Enterprise. He will also have indirect responsibility for the company's three India-based shared service centres, according to a company statement.
Commenting on his appointment, Iyer said India's talent landscape is witnessing rapid transformation driven by technological advancements and changing workforce expectations.
