Business To Business, New Delhi, 02nd July, 2026: IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd on Thursday said its sponsored platforms, IRB Infrastructure Trust and IRB InvIT Fund, have executed a binding term sheet for the transfer of two build-operate-transfer (BOT) highway assets to the IRB InvIT Fund at an enterprise value of Rs 4,605 crore.
In a statement, the company said the boards of directors of the investment managers of both entities approved proceeding with the transaction at their respective meetings held on Thursday.
The two BOT highway projects proposed to be transferred from IRB Infrastructure Trust to IRB InvIT Fund are the Solapur–Yedeshi NH211 project in Maharashtra and the Chittorgarh–Gulabpura NH79 project in Rajasthan.
The proposed transaction is aimed at strengthening the InvIT portfolio while enabling efficient capital recycling within the IRB Group's infrastructure asset platform.
