Business To Business, Mumbai, 14 September 2025: According to a confidential source, budget airline SpiceJet has been consistently postponing salary disbursements to a significant portion of its workforce over the past few months.
Employees earning up to Rs. 55,000 per month have received their August salaries, whereas the remainder of the staff remains unpaid.
"SpiceJet has once again commenced delaying salary payments to its personnel. While employees earning up to Rs. 55,000 monthly are receiving their wages punctually, the majority of the staff, predominantly Assistant Managers and higher-level employees, are experiencing delays of approximately 10 to 15 days," the source revealed.
