Sun Pharma Advanced Research Co's licence agreement with CMS Bridging DMCC terminated

Business To Business, New Delhi, 25th June, 2026:   Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd on Thursday announced the mutual termination of its licensing agreement with CMS Bridging DMCC.
In a regulatory filing, the company said it had originally entered into the agreement on November 5, 2019, granting CMS Bridging DMCC rights to develop and commercialise multiple products in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
The products covered under the agreement included Xelpros, Elepsia, Taclantis, PDP-716 and SDN-037.
According to the filing, both parties mutually agreed to terminate the licensing arrangement on June 25, 2026.
The company did not disclose the reasons for the termination or provide details regarding any financial implications arising from the decision.
The development marks the end of a partnership that was aimed at expanding the commercial reach of several SPARC products in key Asian markets.
