Thomas Cook (India) Q1 net profit falls 13.4 pc to Rs 63.7 cr
Business To Business, New Delhi, 03 August, 2026: Thomas Cook (India) Limited reported a 13.4% year-on-year decline in its consolidated net profit for the first quarter ended June (Q1 FY27), citing disruptions caused by geopolitical tensions in West Asia.
Financial performance
- Net profit: Rs 63.7 crore, down from Rs 73.56 crore in the April–June quarter of the previous year.
- Total income: Rs 2,153 crore, compared with Rs 2,453 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The company attributed the weaker performance primarily to geopolitical disruptions in West Asia, which affected travel demand and business activity during the quarter.
Despite the decline in profit and income, Thomas Cook (India) continues to operate across multiple travel and travel-related businesses, including leisure travel, corporate travel, foreign exchange services, and destination management.
