Business To Business, Lucknow, 02nd July, 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 10 new real estate projects across four districts, involving an estimated investment of Rs 1,278 crore, according to an official statement issued on Thursday.
The projects were cleared at a meeting of the authority chaired by UP RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy. They are expected to add around 4,498 residential and commercial units in Lucknow, Noida, Agra and Ghaziabad.
Lucknow accounted for the largest share of the approvals, with six projects attracting an estimated investment of Rs 438.29 crore. The approved developments include five residential projects and one mixed-use project, which together will create 2,284 residential and commercial units.
The remaining four projects are spread across Noida, Agra and Ghaziabad, contributing to the expansion of the state's real estate sector and housing supply.
