Pak army chief issued orders to attend funeral of JeM militants killed in Indian attack: JeM commander

Business To Business, Lahore, 18 September 2025: A senior commander of the terrorist organization JeM revealed that Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir issued explicit orders to the Corps Commander of Bahawalpur and the soldiers to attend the funeral of those slain in the Indian missile strikes on Jaish-e-Mohammad’s headquarters on May 7.

In a widely circulated video on Thursday, Ilyas Kashmiri, a commander of JeM, asserted that the Pakistan Army and jihadis have effectively become unified after twenty-five years of the group's relentless struggle.

"After twenty-five years of perseverance, we have aligned the state, Pakistan Army, Air Force, and Navy with jihadi ideology. Those who perished in the Indian attack on May 7 were members of JeM, and it was the Pakistan Army and Air Force that delivered their revenge... Tell me, is that not the truth?" he declared.
