Business To Business, Islamabad, 24th July, 2026: Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, on Thursday reaffirmed the military's commitment to continuing targeted operations against terrorists until their complete elimination.
Speaking during an interaction with participants of the 20th National Workshop Balochistan at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi, Munir said security operations would persist as part of efforts to combat terrorism and restore stability in the country, according to a statement issued by the Pakistan Army.
Highlighting the security situation in Balochistan, the army chief said sustained efforts by the armed forces and law enforcement agencies, coupled with public support, would pave the way for lasting peace in the province.
Munir emphasized that coordinated action by security institutions and the backing of local communities remain essential to addressing the security challenges facing Balochistan.
