Business To Business, Patna, 23rd May, 2026: The Bihar government on Saturday approved 20 industrial projects worth around ₹350 crore and allotted nearly 30 acres of land for their establishment, according to officials.
The projects were cleared during a meeting of the project clearance committee under the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority, which operates under the state industries department.
Officials said the approved projects are expected to generate employment opportunities for nearly 2,300 people, reflecting the state government’s focus on industrial expansion and job creation.
The meeting was attended by Industries Department Secretary Kundan Kumar along with other senior officials. The approvals are part of Bihar’s broader efforts to attract investment, expand industrial infrastructure, and strengthen manufacturing and business activity in the state.
