Business To Business, New Delhi, 24th July, 2026: Two Delhi University colleges have appealed to students to stay away from protests called by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) on Friday, urging them to refrain from activities that could disrupt law and order while expressing support for Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, Aditi Mahavidyalaya Acting Principal Neelam Rathi urged students to focus on studies, research, innovation and other constructive pursuits.
She appealed to students to stay away from "violent protests, vandalism, arson or any activity that disrupts law and order," stating that violence is not the solution to any issue and that dialogue, constitutional methods and peaceful expression are the foundations of a safe and prosperous society.
Shyam Lal College also issued a similar appeal, asking students to avoid participating in activities that could disturb public order.
The advisories were issued ahead of a nationwide protest called by the CJP, whose key demands include the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged examination paper leak issue.
