Guv seeks continued NEC support for Arunachal’s development
Business To Business, Itanagar, 4th June, 2026: K. T. Parnaik on Thursday called for continued support from the North Eastern Council to address critical challenges facing Arunachal Pradesh, particularly in the areas of connectivity, border infrastructure, and regional development.
Remarks at the NEC Plenary
Speaking at the 73rd NEC Plenary Session in Shillong, the Governor highlighted the progress made by Arunachal Pradesh across several sectors with assistance from the central government and regional institutions.
He cited advancements in:
- Infrastructure development

- Agriculture

- Entrepreneurship
- Skill development
