IndiGo's Chief Human Resources Officer Pasricha resigns

Business To Business, New Delhi, 30th June, 2026:   IndiGo on Tuesday announced the resignation of its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Sukhjit Singh Pasricha, who has been associated with the airline for more than eight years. He will be succeeded by Kanwal Jeet Singh Bakshi.
Bakshi currently serves as the Group Head of Human Resources at InterGlobe Enterprises, the parent group of IndiGo.
Pasricha's resignation marks another senior-level leadership exit at the country's largest airline since the widespread operational disruptions experienced in December 2025.
The airline has not disclosed the reasons for Pasricha's departure. Bakshi is expected to lead IndiGo's human resources function as the carrier continues to strengthen its leadership team amid ongoing expansion and operational initiatives.
