Indo-Pacific must remain driver for global growth: Jaishankar at Quad meet

Jaishankar on Tuesday said the Indo-Pacific region must continue to serve as a driver of global growth and stability, while stressing that the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue should work to strengthen maritime security and expand economic opportunities in the region.
In his opening remarks at the Quad foreign ministers’ meeting in New Delhi, Jaishankar emphasised the need for “trusted and transparent” partnerships to promote peace, prosperity, and stability across the Indo-Pacific.
