Odisha Guv, CM greet Mahendra Mishra on being conferred Padma Shri

Business To Business, Bhubaneswar, 25th May, 2026:  Hari Babu Kambhampati and Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday congratulated Mahendra Kumar Mishra on being conferred the Padma Shri for his contributions to tribal education, folk literature, and indigenous culture.
Mishra, who hails from the undivided Kalahandi district in Odisha, was praised for his efforts in preserving and promoting the state’s tribal heritage and traditional knowledge systems.
In a social media post, Governor Kambhampati highlighted Mishra’s significant role in documenting and sustaining indigenous cultural traditions, folk narratives, and educational initiatives connected to tribal communities.
