PM leading country with firmness, skill through global conflict: Rajnath

Business To Business, Jodhpur, 14th May 2026: Rajnath Singh on Thursday said India has demonstrated significant political will amid global economic and geopolitical challenges by signing trade agreements with 38 countries.
Addressing a programme in Jodhpur after unveiling a statue of former vice president and ex-Rajasthan chief minister Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, Singh asserted that no force in the world could stop India from emerging as a global superpower by 2047.
The defence minister said India’s growing international engagement and economic partnerships reflected increasing global confidence in the country’s leadership and long-term development trajectory.
His remarks came against the backdrop of ongoing global economic uncertainty and geopolitical tensions affecting trade, energy and strategic relations worldwide.
