Pradhan's resignation foiled bid by 'foreign forces' to destabilise India: BJP leader Vijayvargiya

Business To Business, Indore, 26^th July, 2026:    Madhya Pradesh minister Kailash Vijayvargiya on Saturday claimed that the resignation of former Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan prevented "foreign forces" from destabilising India through violence similar to events witnessed in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Speaking to reporters in Indore late Saturday night, Vijayvargiya alleged that certain external elements had sought to exploit the student agitation over the alleged NEET paper leak and examination irregularities.
He also claimed that Pradhan had offered to resign as Education Minister on the very first day of the student protests in Delhi, but did not provide further details.
Pradhan resigned on Saturday amid mounting pressure over the controversy surrounding examination irregularities. Following his resignation, the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) announced the withdrawal of its 36-day agitation, which had mobilised large numbers of people across the country over the alleged paper leak and demands for reforms in the examination system.
Vijayvargiya's remarks regarding the involvement of "foreign forces" are political claims. No evidence was provided by him to substantiate the allegation.
