Training camp held for Bengal's first BJP govt's ministers, CM Suvendu among attendees
Business To Business, Kolkata, 13th June, 2026: A training and orientation programme was conducted on Saturday for ministers in the BJP government of West Bengal, with a focus on governance, administration, and policy implementation. Officials said that most members of the council of ministers are serving in government for the first time.
The programme was organized by the Netaji Subhas Administrative Training Institute.
Chief Minister Addresses Ministers
Suvendu Adhikari attended the camp and addressed the ministers, emphasizing the responsibilities associated with public office and effective governance.

Purpose of the Orientation
The programme was held for:
- Cabinet ministers (Ministers-in-Charge).
- Ministers of State.

- Public service delivery mechanisms.
