India beat Korea 4-2 in women's Asia Cup hockey Super 4 stage

Business To Business, China, 10 September 2025: The Indian women’s hockey team maintained their impressive momentum, securing a 4-2 victory over Korea in their opening Super 4 stage encounter at the Asia Cup on Wednesday.
 
Having topped Pool B with seven points, India’s scorers included Vaishnavi Vitthal Phalke in the second minute, Sangita Kumari in the 33rd, Lalremsiami in the 40th, and Rutuja Dadaso Pisal in the 59th minute.
 
Korea’s goals were netted by Yujin Kim, who found the net twice, in the 33rd and 53rd minutes.
